| Role | Assisting Event PR team in coordinating with print and television media | |
| Qualification | Individuals who are pursuing or have completed a course on mass communication/journalism | |
| B) | Work Area | Registration |
| Duration | 6 days (including 1 day reserved for a briefing session) | |
| Role | Distribution of running number bibs, event information to all confirmed participants of the Event at the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon Expo. | |
| Qualification | Individuals proficient in basic computer operating skills | |
| C) | Work Area | Event Ambassador Management |
| Duration | 5 days (including 1 day reserved for a briefing session) | |
| Role | Drawing up schedules for official event commitments, managing the drawn up schedules and escorting the Ambassadors to the various commitments(only for experienced people). | |
| D) | Work Area | Elite Athlete Management (Indian & International) |
| Duration | 2 days (including 1 day reserved for a briefing session) | |
| Role | Escorting winners on race day to various pre-decided locations as per brief given | |

| Role | Distribution of water and sports drinks along the race route to runners on race day. | |
