  • The DHL Corporate Champions category is open for participation only for registered companies/firms in existence for a minimum period of 1 year from the date of application.
  • A corporate team will comprise of 3 runners who need to be permanent full time employees who have been in the company for a minimum of one year. Contractual/outsourced/trainees/interns/ deputed employees and/or employees in probation will not be allowed to participate.
  • A company can field up to 5 teams.
  • On race day, all three members of each team will run the full distance of 21.097 km.
  • The aggregate of the net finish timings of all 3 runners will decide the finish positions amongst the companies.
  • Prize money winning positions will be awarded to the best one performing team of each participating company, depending upon their standings in the overall finish positions. A company will stand a chance of winning only one position out of the top 2 prize money positions in this race category, irrespective of their teams’ overall standings.

    For example, let’s consider ABC has fielded 3 teams (ABC-1, ABC-2, ABC-3), EFG has 4 teams (EFG-1, EFG-2, EFG-3, EFG-4), HIK has one team, LMN has one team, PQR has 2 teams (PQR-1, PQR-2), and XYZ has 2 teams (XYZ-1, XYZ-2). On race day, based on aggregate net timings of each team, the finish positions of the teams is as under -

    By virtue of the rule, the prize money winning positions will stand as under, where the best performing team of each company will win the prize money -

  • Final entitlement to prize money winning positions of DHL Corporate Champions teams is subject to –
    • Chip timing of all team members having been captured across all timing points on the course, including at the start and finish mats, and
    • Visual screening of runners’ race day images after race day.
  • Runners found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or bib tag with others, shall be liable to be disqualified from the competition. Such runners shall be entitled to neither timing nor prize money.
  • Prize money winning team members declared may be required to submit further identity/ employment proof or any other document as may be required by the event promoters, Procam International.
  • The event promoters, Procam International reserve the right to disqualify a corporate team and/or suspend results/prize money of the team in case of any discrepancy being found in the application/ documents submitted at any point in time.
  • Prize money winnings are subject to Indian Income Tax Rules as applicable and taxes, if any, would be borne by the winner.
  • Post verification, prize money of each winning team will be divided equally and remitted directly in the names of its team members.
  • Race Results Committee’s decision on rankings and entitlements of prize money will be final and binding on all.
  • Winners from outside India will receive prize money equivalent in US Dollars calculated at the applicable exchange rate.
  • Prize Money winnings are subject to Indian Income Tax Rules as applicable and taxes, if any, would be borne by the winner.


  • You are to participate only in the race category for which you had applied and for which your entry has been confirmed. Your entry and running number bib is not transferable to any other person under any circumstance.
  • Runners found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or bib tag with another individual, will be disqualified from the Event and shall not be allowed to apply or participate in the 2014 edition of the Event.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify or exclude any person from event/competition who gives incorrect personal data/details on the entry form, who has been banned from competition under IAAF jurisdiction, or who is suspected of having taken banned substances. No refund of entry fee will be made.
  • No result or certificate will be given to runners of the Half Marathon and DHL Corporate Champions who do not start their run at the respective start times of the race categories they have been confirmed in.
  • Please note if you tamper with the bib tag in any way or remove/exchange it another runner, you won’t be able to get an official finish time and thereby the official timing certificate recording your finish times. No Chip – No Timing – No Prize Money.
  • Prize Money is applicable only for the Half Marathon and the DHL Corporate Champions categories. The Best Costume prizes (Kingfisher Sensation Squad and Kingfisher Ishtylewale) can be won only by participants of the Great Delhi Run.
  • No wheeled vehicles are allowed on the course. Anyone bringing wheeled vehicles will be disqualified from the race; you will be asked to leave the course. This regulation does not apply to the ‘Champions With Disability’ category.
  • Participants are not allowed to run with babies or children who are under aged for the designated category and unregistered runners.
  • In order to ensure the re-opening of roads to normal traffic by 11.30 a.m., the organizers will designate cut off times at specified locations. Runners failing to reach these specific locations within times specified must stick to the footpath in order to complete your race.
  • Only those confirmed participants wearing the current ADHM 2013 running number bibs will be allowed on the route. Any person found wearing the incorrect bib or no bib will be disqualified and removed by the course security.
  • Further, every runner must wear his/her running number bib on the front of the vest worn. Any mutilation, fold, alteration or damage to the bib will amount to disqualification of the runner from the Event.
  • Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant from participating who is found medically unfit to continue in the opinion of the medical personnel.
  • Baggage counters are available only for participants of the Half Marathon and DHL Corporate Champions categories. For security reasons, participants are requested to come without any baggage. It is strongly recommended that you do not leave valuables like mobile phone, camera, jewellery, watch, electronic gadgets, etc. in the bag stored. Organizers are not responsible for any loss or baggage and belongings.
  • Participants are requested to cooperate with the police and security personnel deputed at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium and on route. Participants/supporters are liable to random checking on race day – this is for your own security.
  • Photographs taken of runners during the Get Active Expo and on race day will be used for the purpose of promoting the event.
